Tony helped build Tier 1 with the goal of creating more than just another automotive shop. From the beginning, the vision has been to build a company where exceptional people, exceptional craftsmanship, and exceptional service come together to create the Tier 1 Tint Wraps PPF standard.

Rather than competing on price, Tier 1 focuses on delivering a premium experience from the first customer interaction through final delivery. Today, Tier 1 specializes in paint protection film, ceramic window tint, vinyl wraps, ceramic coatings, commercial and fleet graphics, architectural window film, and vehicle customization.

Tony remains closely involved in the strategy and growth of the company, with a particular focus on operations, finance, technology, marketing, team development, new business opportunities, and long-term expansion.

His role has increasingly shifted from simply working inside the business to building the people, systems, processes, and leadership infrastructure required for Tier 1 to scale. His broader vision is to expand Tier 1 beyond a single automotive restyling shop into a group of complementary businesses and divisions capable of serving automotive, commercial, residential, and B2B customers at a much larger scale.

For Tony, growth is not simply about increasing revenue or opening more divisions. It is about building a company with a reputation for ensuring that the Tier 1 standard is reflected in every interaction and every finished project.
