Project Overview
This 2018 Porsche 911 GT3, finished in Chalk grey, received a full exterior ceramic coating from Tier 1 Tint Wraps PPF in Las Vegas. Every exterior surface was coated, including the paint, wheels, glass, and plastic trim, to enhance the clean, modern look of the Chalk finish while protecting it from UV exposure, water spots, brake dust, road grime, and environmental contamination.
The exterior was thoroughly washed, decontaminated, and prepped before the coating was applied by hand. Special attention was given to the GT3’s aggressive front bumper and air intakes, sculpted fenders, rear bodywork, and aerodynamic details to create a smooth, deep-gloss finish with strong hydrophobic performance. The light Chalk paint benefits especially well from coating, since it helps resist staining and makes dirt and road film easier to wash away.
Beyond the paint, the wheels were coated to repel brake dust and simplify cleaning, the glass was coated to improve water beading and visibility, and the exterior plastics were coated to protect against fading and keep them looking rich and dark under the Las Vegas sun.

We inspect the paint and polish it as needed to improve its clarity before applying the coating.
Surface Preparation
We clean the prepared surfaces to remove polishing oils and residue, helping the coating bond properly.
Ceramic Coating Application
We apply the selected ceramic coating to the paint. Glass, wheels, or other surfaces are coated when included in the package.
Cure & Quality Inspection
We allow the coating to set according to product requirements, then inspect the finish and review aftercare instructions with the customer.
